As a first time experience of the PGQ service I have to say it was fantastic. From the personalized greeting from Stephen (the PGQ guide and driver) upon arrival at Queenstown airport we were ushered to beautifully laid out Mercedes van where Stephen put our gear away in the PGQ trailer leaving plenty of room for the 8 golfing nuts on board.
